Format:
This is a closed meeting for male alcoholics only. Leader shares for 5 to 10 minutes on where they are in the steps as they are outlined in the Big Book, then picks a topic. Leader then calls upon men to share by drawing tickets. Participants share on the evenings topic.
A special vow is declared by the leader at the start of the meeting to keep confidential all that is said there; the vow is then reiterated by the secretary again at the end of the meeting. The group’s members make no general or specific reference outside the meeting to anything discussed, with their sponsors, spouses or friends even if the person they are speaking to was also at the meeting.
